From the Farm Cooking School - Cynthia Peters, a personal chef, expands her classroom to the local farms and wineries for "on-hands" shopping of the ingredients required for the selected recipe.  She will guide you on selection, storage, and preparation of each item.   Courses are available from May to October each year.

Green Barn Nursery - supplier of fruit bearing shrubs, canes and trees.  We are currently working with them to develop our fruit market.
